‘Parenting with Ease 101’ is a 6-session course for parents and guardians who want to get mindfully connected to EACH of their children without stress and judgment. This unique program utilizes the principles of mindfulness infused with brain and heart science to improve social-emotional interactions between parents and their children. The overall goal is to set the stage for resilience as families begin their healing from the unhealthy generational patterns that cause internal and external drama.

In this course, parents and guardians develop experiential processes to develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence as they learn to identify the difference between the present moment and past emotions. Having this new awareness, parents can have more harmonious communications with their children.

Although there are books about raising children, there are NO books for parents about raising THEIR child. Parents with multiple children are also faced with feeling a lack of agency regarding how to parent children with different personalities and needs. The Parenting With Ease course helps new and seasoned parents and guardians develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence as they learn to identify the difference between the present moment and past emotions. Having this new awareness, parents can have more harmonious communications with their children.

 

Parents will also learn how to develop and maintain a sense of ease in their interactions with their children. A major tool learned in this series is mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness will help you develop patience, allow you to be more at ease, and build your level of compassion, tenderness and self-control. By extension, this will have a positive impact on your child’s nervous system and growth and situate you as a resilient model for your child(ren).

 

This 6-session course will cover the basics all parents need to know to help them get through any stressful time.
